Most of our fears in life are just an illusion. They seem big and scary, but when you take the time to look deeper, you see that they're just wearing a costume.

Let's say you're afraid of spiders. If you look closely enough at them, they're actually pretty cute! And if you take a closer look at your own fear of spiders (or whatever it is that scares you), maybe it really isn't as scary as you thought it was. Maybe it's just a spider in a costume.

So the next time something scares you, try taking off that costume for yourself—and see if it still looks so scary once it's not wearing all that extra stuff anymore.

It's not always easy to be the best version of yourself, but it's definitely worth the effort.

You are a role model to other people—even if you didn't ask for it. Show up as you best, so that they can do the same.

Don't forget that you were once a child with dreams and hopes. Don't allow the weight of the world to weigh you down when you want to just and play.

It's true: sleep can help you recover from physical and mental exhaustion, as well as reduce stress. When you're well-rested, you'll be more energized and ready to take on new challenges. And if there's one thing we know, it's that life is full of obstacles—so don't get caught up in them!
